I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-15 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at drippedinjuiceteam@gmail.com.

I have an issue with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Refunds will only be considered for orders that have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds due to nature of the custom handmade personal care goods and sanitary reasons. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team at drippedinjuiceteam@gmail.com.

Am I able to change or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges, returns or changes.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at drippedinjuiceteam@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days. We are a small business and appreciate your patience.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

Shipping Policy:

Dripped in Juice Nail Studio LLC has a processing window of 5-7 business days with 3-5 days for shipping. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at drippedinjuiceteam@gmail.com within 72 hours. Your email should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs to verify the issue

We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per our seller's discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund.

In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that "damaged product" refers to cracks or malfunctions with bottle droppers. It does not include bubbles/gaps in the body care containers, etching of press on nails, or slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Dripped in Juice Nail Studio cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Shipping and include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim:

Handmade Product Variations

Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Press on nails and body care products can have slight variations in color and texture. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.
